“When I started researching wedding dresses I very quickly realised it had to be a Milla Nova gown.
I loved all their intricate big designs and my mum found Mirror Mirror was a leading stockist. We decided to take a trip to London to make an experience of my wedding shopping.
My lovely consultant Agnese bought the dress I had seen on Insta for me the try on. I thought it was lovely, but it was a lot plainer than I originally thought I wanted, she came up with the idea to make it strapless and add in the lace as I loved the style but felt something was missing.
When my dress arrived, Shamel took over for the fittings and customisations (which are done in house by the tailoring team).
Shamel was incredible she was so intricate about the lace details being perfect and suggested sewing in some sequins for the sparkle I craved to match the veil!

“I had heard of Mirror Mirror from friends who had married so came to just have a look!
My stylist Agnese was amazing helping me with the initial trying on process.

It was actually a dress I never imagined myself in…. but I thought I’d try something different and it was just perfect.
Meb and the team allowed me to bespoke it to make it feel more me . They hand crafted the beautiful sleeves from scratch with matching lace. Meb placed motifs flower by flower, having the patience of a saint!
My fittings with her were just everything and more, I couldn’t have asked for anyone more talented to work with, making every detail count!
You created my dream dress.
It was honestly a pleasure and I couldn’t fault a thing” 💗

“I honestly was very overwhelmed when I first started looking for dresses so focused on pulling together a Pinterest board of styles and designers I liked. I then researched which boutiques in London had the styles/designers I was leaning towards and stumbled across Mirror Mirror which has SO many of the ones I was looking at (including the one I chose). I was particularly in love with @millanova
The gown I chose was the second dress I tried on (it appeared about 3 times on my Pinterest board!). I also really liked another Milla Nova dress and it was a slight toss up but the Ermana was so ‘me’. I felt amazing in it even as a sample dress, so knew when it was mine and fitted to me I would feel incredible!
I even went to another shop after my first try on at Mirror Mirror and was so uninterested in all the dresses there which solidified it for me.

Meb has been so amazing through the whole process, she is incredible at what she does, put me at ease and has such a relaxing persona.
She added to the experience and I couldn’t have wanted anything more.
The service at the boutique the entire team provided from start to end has been faultless so thank you all so much.

It was such a perfect weekend, and I felt like a princess in my dress!!”
