Although we include many alternative wedding dresses, we are not just a bohemian bridal shop. You will find classic, traditional and elegant wedding dresses in our London wedding dress store. A quick look at the Pronovias gallery above will reveal the wonderful choice of fabrics and laces, some beaded and some very simple, chic and very classic designs – in fact, everything you would expect in a wedding boutique.

In the classic edit you will find, zibeline, satin, Mikado and gorgeous layers of lace and organza. In the boho chic designs, there will be an abundance of tulle, laces, slipper satin and crepes giving you a more fluid line. Many of the couture bridal designers include some very sheer and daring designs on the catwalk and Pronovias is no exception! Rest assured most of the designs can be lined or adapted in our Islington bridal boutique where we have our design rooms complete with fully experienced seamstresses and our fittings team.

I had the most amazing experience at Mirror Mirror. Shamel was my stylist for my initial try-on appointment, and she was absolutely incredible. She was warm, friendly, and instantly made me feel comfortable. She really listened to what I was looking for while also offering thoughtful suggestions that suited my style. I tried on about 10 dresses and never felt rushed at all. We kept coming back to dress number three, which turned out to be the one: Athos by Pronovias, my absolute dream dress. Mirror Mirror was actually the first and only boutique I visited, and it truly feels like a family-run business that is so welcoming and personal.

I also chose a bespoke veil from Dolecka Bridal, their in-house brand, and loved how they suggested adding extra lace to make it completely unique.

While Shamel was on extended leave, Meb took over for all my fittings, and she was just as wonderful. She made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She tailored the dress perfectly to me, patiently helped me practice walking, going up and down stairs, and even gave great tips for transporting the dress to my destination wedding.

On the day, I felt like the best version of myself, with no worries at all about how I looked. That peace of mind meant I could fully focus on having the best time with my new husband and celebrating with all our friends and family.

Every detail was so thoughtful, and the whole experience was a dream from start to finish. I cannot recommend Mirror Mirror enough to any bride-to-be. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel your absolute best on your wedding day.
